The new 'Welcome Stranger' cocktail menu at RACV Goldfields Resort is a smart collaboration with the Melbourne-based - Monsieur Cocktail team. Served in the resort's Springs Bar and Terrace, the menu itself features six bespoke cocktails, exclusive to the resort which have been designed with a distinct nod to the goldrush history of the venue location, as well as featuring native botanicals which reflect the natural bushland surrounds.
The cocktails are cleverly named things like 'A Shearers Treat' and 'Hepburn Springs and Tonic' - and are presented in Insta-worthy, sometimes interactive ways like our favourite - 'The Welcome Nugget', a concoction of Australian spiced rum, fresh lime, native river mint, sparking pink lady and a side of honey roasted macadamias. It's served on a bed of sand depicting a miniature mine, and comes complete with a little shovel so you can try your luck digging for your very own golden nugget.
Not only beautiful, but also delicious - this cocktail menu can also be adapted for groups, conferences, events and weddings.
