The new 'Welcome Stranger' cocktail menu at RACV Goldfields Resort is a smart collaboration with the Melbourne-based - Monsieur Cocktail team. Served in the resort's Springs Bar and Terrace, the menu itself features six bespoke cocktails, exclusive to the resort which have been designed with a distinct nod to the gold rush history of the venue location, as well as featuring native botanicals which reflect the natural bushland surrounds.
