Venue Highlights

Located in Melbourne's central business district, Karstens Melbourne is located at 123 Queen Street.
Our venue features 28 Conference and Training rooms and can host a variety of functions from 1:1 meetings to 180 people theatre style seating. Our rooms benefit from natural daylight, no pillars and a breakout area on each floor with Nespresso coffee, Pickwick Teas and Biscuits.
At Karstens our dedicated conference coordinators, IT support staff and operational staff all have a background in hospitality, thus making us experts in delivering a professional, flexible and totally customer-focused service to assist you in delivering a successful event.


Karstens Melbourne is located at 123 Queen Street in the heart of Melbourne CBD, easily accessible from Flinders Street and Southern Cross Stations and a short walking distance to Collins & Bourke Street tram stops.
An underground car park is located in the building - entrance is via Little Collins Street, hourly or daily rates apply.


As the Citiclub Hotel is within the Cq complex, Citiclub Hotel is a self rated four star hotel, with options ranging from Executive suites through to Superior Rooms, all newly refurbished, boasting high speed internet access, cable TV and ample work space.

Catering Information

We provide fresh, healthy and delicious food with a variety of catering options for your event.
Our catering is served in our comfortable break out area's, where you can indulge in continuous self-serve Nespresso coffee for the coffee connoisseurs and a selection of Pickwick teas.
Karstens in-house chefs prepare daily rotating Catering Packages and Canape's to offer a variety of menu items for your event, our catering team always caters for vegetarians and can provide other dietary requirements on request.

Technical Facilities

All karstens rooms are either fitted with a ceiling mounted data projector or LCD screen, both offer VGA and HDMI connections.
All our staff are trained to assist you with setting up any Audio Visual equipment, this can be video conferencing, trouble shooting your laptop connection or setting up a WIFI connection.
All our break out area's offer free WIFI, if you need a fast internet connection for your room karstens offers in Australia 400mbps up and down loads and in Auckland 100mbps up and down loads (cost applies).
Please ask your conference coordinator if you have any special Audio Visual requests, we have a range of AV suppliers who are able to assist.

Business Facilities

Karstens offers printing, binding, copying and storing of material services and administrative assistance.
