Blue Lagoon Cruises

Venue Highlights

Blue Lagoon Cruises service groups, weddings, conferences and private charters and can offer customized group itineraries and activities. Rather than a stay-put package at a resort or island, a Blue Lagoon Cruises event will meet the expectations of a conventional venue with the additional benefit of a different vista each day if you choose. We focus on fun, relaxation, great service and fantastic food.

Every cruise includes onboard accommodation with private facilities, meals, activities, shore excursions and entertainment. We also have our own private island, Nanuya Lailai, which can be used for barefoot conferences, team building or other activities.

Our vessel, Fiji Princess visits the Mamanuca and remote Yasawa Islands, located north-west of Viti Levu, or 'mainland' Fiji. Blue Lagoon Cruises departs from Port Denarau, which is only 20 minutes from Nadi's international airport.

The 60 metre (179 ft) MV ‘Fiji Princess’ catamaran has 34 deluxe air-conditioned cabins and provides excellent onboard amenities including a luxurious dining saloon, spacious upper deck lounge bar, a shaded sky deck bar and sun loungers, foyer, boutique, beauty spa, swimming pool, four sundecks and on-board non-motorised water toys.

Each cabin features a private ensuite, DVD/TV system, vanity table and hair dryer, soft towels and fragrant soaps. All cabins are above the waterline and feature large windows with ocean views.

Catering Information

We have an award-winning chef onboard who produces high quality food and often utilizes local ingredients. All meals are included as well as morning and afternoon tea. We cater to specific dietary requirements and for our charters such as weddings, special occasions, conferencing or incentive programs we can provide tailored or themed menus. Your culinary experience can also include the traditional Fijian Lovo feast of meat and vegetables wrapped in banana leaves and slowly cooked on hot stones, covered with palm fronds.

Recreational Facilities

Blue Lagoon Cruises offers a range of aquatic and cultural activities. Average cruising time is a maximum of four hours per day, allowing lots of time for snorkeling, exploring, swimming or visits to local villages. Every night is spent anchored in a sheltered lagoon. Additional activities include sport fishing, scuba diving, coral viewing, spy boarding and kayaking.

Our privately owned beach right in the Blue Lagoon (Nanuya Lailai) is an exclusive highlight for our guests. It has remained unspoiled and is one of the best examples of a deserted beach with white sand, and blue azure water. Team building, beach olympics and treasure hunts can all be conducted on the island.

Technical Facilities

Blue lagoon Cruises can provide, satellite phone and radio. Internet connections are available however some areas of the Yasawa do not receive coverage.

We are a cruise line that is proud of the standard of service provided to our international visitors. We have won multiple tourism awards. Past charter clients include Fiji Xerox, Arnott's, Fosters, Ericcson, Honda, The Radio Network NZ, Variety Club, 3M, Mobil Oil, Carpet Court, DreamWorks, Coors Brewery, MORE FM Christchurch, Metcash and Westpac.
