Venue Highlights

A 5-star, heritage-listed hotel and stunning revival of inter-war period architecture, the former headquarters of the Sydney Metropolitan Water Sewerage and Drainage (M.W.S. & D.) Board, was reimagined by award-winning design firm Woods Bagot, who ensured original features such as the grand 8-metre high scagliola marble columns and panelled sky light in the lobby were restored to their 1930's Art Deco glory.

The hotel showcases all the features of a world-class hotel with 172 generously sized rooms and suites across six levels; a dedicated Mezzanine level with multi-functional meeting and conference spaces; and versatile restaurant, lobby bar and rooftop pool bar venues, suitable for holding small to large, private and corporate events.
