Venue Highlights

The William Inglis Hotel is Sydney's iconic destination for events. The luxurious retreat with rural soul, celebrating Australia's equine culture for generations in the making. We understand the importance of delegates being educated and invigorated and are proud to have experienced event specialists to manage your event from start to finish. Our large Sales Arena can cater for large events up to 1000 delegates and we have up to 15 breakout rooms and 82 pre built exhibition booths. Indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for any type of event with vehicle access available.

Location

Located adjacent to the Warwick Farm Racecourse, only 25 minutes from Sydney's airport and 40 minutes from the CBD. The William Inglis Hotel is located in the stunning grounds of the Riverside Stables a gated precinct purpose built by the famous Inglis & Sons Equine family. Delegates can arrive by car, bus, train, helicopter or sea plane. Many options for VIP's and speakers.

Make your hotel experience truly exceptional by surrounding yourself with luxury and class in our uniquely themed rooms and suites. A variety of spacious and stylish rooms are available that offer an extensive range of modern facilities and amenities. The hotel boasts 144 luxury rooms and suites including our presidential Black Caviar Suite, restaurant, bar, room top pool and day spa and cafe.

Catering Information

Exceptional and creative catering options available from canapes, buffet, dinners and a la carte options. Our Executive Banquet Chef is available to work with you to design your own theme or he can provide recommendations that will suit your event.

Recreational Facilities

A stunning roof top pool with beautiful views across the Warwick Farm racecourse and Riverside Stables. A day spa is located adjacent our gymnasium and open 7 days a week for guests. The hotel has onsite parking for up to 800 cars.

Technical Facilities

The site has complete WiFi capabilities with the latest in technology. Each function space has built in large TV screen available for presentations, video conferencing and live stream.

Our Sales Arena has an AV room overlooking the area with a built in stage.

Business Facilities

The William Inglis Hotel has a dedicated business centre located on the ground floor with Wifi available. The hotel has a lobby shop.
