Catering Information

The Balfour Kitchen is a bistro-style restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests are invited to dine inside or enjoy the alfresco experience of a classic Queenslander wrap-around verandah and intimate courtyard shaded by frangipani trees. A private dining room is also available for business or conference lunches up to 18 people.

Now, French techniques meet a passion for Indo-Pacific cuisine and the results are mouth-watering. We invite you enjoy this modern retelling of the flavours, colours and aromas of the subcontinent. This dining experience will compliment any conference or business meeting. The Balfour is open daily for breakfast and lunch, dinner Monday to Saturday and the bar offers beverages and canapés for guests from 6pm.
