Roundhouse has come full circle. The venue of choice for the biggest music acts over the decades, Roundhouse has undergone extensive refurbishments to deliver an unrivalled event experience suited to a range of events. From conferences to concerts, product launches to dinners, we can do it all.

With capacity for 10 - 2,200 guests, our brand spanking new venue has so much to offer to make your next event truly spectacular. Walking through the main entrance, you will be awestruck by the panoramic main room which seats up to 1,000 delegates theatre style or 500 for a banquet.

The upper level overlooks the main room from a 360-degree balcony and is home to eight flexible breakout rooms, kitted out with built-in audio-visual equipment.

Location

Less than 15 minutes from Sydney’s CBD, Roundhouse is easily accessible with nearly 1,700 UNSW express bus services per week from Central station.

There are a number of parking options on and off campus. We encourage guests to travel by bicycle and there are almost 600 designated bike parking spaces.

The UNSW campus is buzzing with bright, energetic students and academics, who maintain its ranking as the number one University in New South Wales (QS World Rankings).

Accommodation

With a range of accommodation options surrounding the University, there is no shortage of rooms for your delegates. We offer discounts for nearby hotels so you can rest assured your guests will get the best deal.

Catering Information

From cocktails and canapes, to fine dining sit-down meals, we have all the bases covered to exceed your expectations. We work with four preferred caterers to offer you the most competitive and well-suited catering package for your budget. We will work with you to develop your catering package, providing advice, recommendations and expertise along the way.

Recreational Facilities

The on-campus fitness and aquatic centre ensures your delegates can keep up those ab-wrenching workouts even when they’re attending your conference.

The centre is decked out with a health club, indoor sports hall, weights area, group fitness studio, 50m indoor heated pool, steam room, spin room and squash courts.

Coogee beach is less than a 15-minute drive from the venue, meaning those coveted beach chill outs are easily incorporated into your delegates’ downtime.
