Food & Beverage outlets are located on the lobby level with the Amber Restaurant offering an extensive Full Buffet Breakfast daily that caters to both the Asian and Western guests. The dinner menu of culinary delights is inspired by Australian cuisine specialising in premium cuts of meat and fresh seafood.

The Cidery Bar & Kitchen is the hotel’s trendy bar with a great outside balcony overlooking the cosmopolitan World Square displaying an exciting cocktail menu and “Sydney Cider” branded cider brewed in the micro-cidery located on-site.
