A state-of-the-art purpose built conference and events centre featuring stunning floor to ceiling glass windows offers an impressive
light filled space. Boasting a capacity of 320 theatre style or 250 banquet style, with the flexibility of dividing into two spaces three different ways, it’s the perfect venue to accommodate large scale events through to intimate meetings. Two stylishly appointed ocean view boardrooms offer space for 10 delegates in one room or up to 20 delegates when the two rooms are combined.
Location
A leisurely two hour drive from Melbourne, RACV Inverloch Resort is ideally located only 5km from the Inverloch Township. The 32-hectare site houses a clever low impact resort fronting a pristine stretch of beach, a wetland haven for wildlife and an ever changing vista of sea and sky. The resort’s enviable location offers a wide variety of activities and team building options and is the perfect base for day tours; Phillip Island, Wilson’s Promontory National Park and Gippsland’s food and wine trails.
Accommodation
RACV Inverloch Resort offers a variety of spacious and well-appointed accommodation styles. With breathtaking views across the vast coastline, ocean view rooms offer delegates single, double or twin share accommodation complete with private balcony, ensuite bathroom and large screen TV. Nestled amongst the resort’s stunning natural setting are self-contained two and three bedroom villas and two bedroom deluxe cabins offering the convenience of a full kitchen with dining and living space.
Catering Information
Our experienced chefs have created a contemporary menu using the freshest local and seasonal produce. With spectacular views
of the Bass Coast delegates can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in Radius Restaurant.
Zenith Lounge bar offers a casual environment to relax in after your event, featuring floor to ceiling windows, cosy arm chairs and sofas, gas log fire and large screen TV. The poolside terrace can cater for a welcome cocktail party, a casual BBQ or buffet, making
it the perfect location to impress your delegates.
Recreational Facilities
The expansive resort grounds provide the perfect setting for team building and well being activities including an indoor heated pool (restricted to residential guests), spa and sauna, gymnasium equipment, two tennis courts, and an extensive network of walking tracks.
The Resort has relationships with local providers and we can assist with suggesting and arranging activities for you. Some fun ideas are winery visits, visits to the State Coal Mine, stand up paddleboarding, surfing, reef walks, star talks, bird watching walks and a variety of fun outdoor activities too - mini olympics, archery, segway olympics etc too. Our team love working with organisers to create a truly memorable event for everyone.
Technical Facilities
Conference and Event organisers will appreciate the professional range of audio visual equipment on offer including LCD screens, DVD players, CD units, data projector and electronic whiteboards.
Happy to work with AV technicians preferred by the client or we can introduce local technical support to run events, hand in hand with the organiser.
