Although we have a comprehensive list of packages and meals to offer we still think of these as more of a guideline than a rule. As an independent hotel we are able to source and provide anything if given the time to arrange it.

The meals provide to your delegates are certain to be top shelf, as we now the best caters Brisbane has to offer servicing our conferences. With the new modern approach to the meals we provide you will be amazed at what we offer as well as the price we offer it for.

If provided with enough time we will provide for any dietary requests at no additional expense, from baking sugarless chocolate cakes to sourcing gluten free beer we will do it all.
