
February 2012 saw us launch our exciting new series of complimentary Masterclass events, aimed at corporate event organisers and designed to encourage professional networking and development.
The first event in the series was one for the girls and addressed the topic 'why the world needs women leaders - and how to be one!' Led by experienced life coach and leader of the butterfly program, Lisa Cutler, the 45 minute inspirational master class presentation taught guests how to build their confidence, gain greater recognition and achieve their career aspirations.
Our sunny Courtyard overlooking the Yarra River was the perfect setting for guests to enjoy a glass of Champagne on arrival, accompanied by a selection of delicious canapés including, Pacific oysters with blood orange jelly & fresh chive, coconut prawns with mango & lime chutney, and charcoal cones with spiced avocado & tomato salsa.
Following Lisa's presentation our chefs continued to wow guests with tempting dessert canapés of mango pannacotta with kaffir lime and coconut foam, baby ice cream cones and Grand Marnier mousse in a Belgium chocolate shell.
This event was the first in a series of 4 that will take place throughout 2012. Every Masterclass will focus on a different area of development but each one promises great networking opportunities for event industry professionals accompanied by a delicious menu and beautiful setting.
