As COVID-19 disrupts the events industry, organisations have been put in a position that requires immediate re-evaluation of their business operations. Video streaming is an important technology and provides an opportunity for event organisers to captivate and retain customers.

Jordana Davis, COO of Webcastcloud will host a special webinar to share innovative video solutions and effective ways organisations can Keep Calm and Keep Meeting. Video content delivery can bring a new kind of experience to your attendees through different styles, sizes and formats. The webinar will provide key examples on how to incorporate video into your next event.

“Webcastcloud is working with our customers, creating hybrid and virtual event solutions that will satisfy sponsorships whilst providing flexible attendance options for delegates. Contingency plans and event video strategies including live-streaming and video capture are proving paramount during these times.” says Ms Davis.

MEA CEO Robyn Johnson added, “There is something magical about video and we are here to help and encourage event organisers to keep on meeting even if it’s not in-person.”

The webinar ‘Keep Calm and Keep Meeting with Video’ webinar is on Wednesday 18 March 2020 at 12:00pm – 1:00pm and is free for MEA members and costs $20 for non-members.
