Rydges Sydney Central is very excited announce the opening of a 60 seat Cinema & Auditorium at their Surry Hills Hotel. This cinema is fitted out with specifically designed state of the art technology and the comfortable cinema style seating with folding desks ensures it the perfect venue for your next Conference, Presentation or Corporate Movie Night.
The space will also be utilised throughout the school holiday period for guests and families to enjoy different activities.
To coincide with the cinema opening we have also launched a new Level 5 Garden Rooftop Space which sits directly above the cinema. This space can be used for catering for the cinema or for up to 70 pax Cocktail parties and 40 pax Dinners.
The Surry Rooftop space has also been completely refurbished and will see the extension of a 100 pax outdoor terrace space with sweeping views over Sydney’s Central Station due to be complete mid-December this year.
Along with these new spaces Rydges Sydney Central also has 309 newly refurbished accommodation rooms & suites finished in a unique Surry Hills inspired design. For your convenience there is 24 hour reception, Free Wi-Fi throughout, 15 metre renovated indoor heated pool, spa & sauna, gym facility and underground car parking. The Hotel also features Rydges “Rise” breakfast and our unique award winning Craft Brewery venue, Sydney Brewery Surry Hills.
