Hilton Sydney Collects Two Awards in TAA Awards for Excellence 2016
Hilton Sydney has been awarded for their excellence in service, with two members of staff recognised at the recent Tourism Accommodation Australia (NSW) Awards earlier this month.
Morgan Meredith, Assistant Front Office Manager, has taken home the admired Hotel Industry Rising Star Award, for her commitment and dedication to providing exceptional experiences for her guests.
“I am so grateful to be recognised for the passion I have for hospitality. It is exciting to be working with the Hilton Sydney team and a pleasure to create memorable guest experiences each and every day. To be awarded the TAA Hotel Industry Rising Star award is a significant achievement and gives me even more motivation to share my passion for hospitality with my team and our guests”. Morgan Meredith said.
Hayden Gibson, Glass Breakfast Assistant Manager, has added the Employee Excellence in Service award to his credentials, showcasing the high standard of service displayed throughout all departments at Hilton Sydney.
“I am extremely appreciative of this award as a sign of the hard work my team and I have displayed in enhancing the superb standard of service Hilton Sydney already offers.”
Service and guest experiences are just two of the top priorities and focuses at Hilton Sydney, so to be continuously recognised within the industry is a real honour.
This year, the TAA awards attracted a record 300 nominations from 71 top accommodation venues in NSW, across more than 30 award categories. The venues were honoured at the ceremony on Thursday 21 July in front of a crowd of 600 political, business and industry leaders.
