Incentive season is quickly approaching and with it, huge growth is taking place in this sector. Due to this, I'm currently seeking candidates for a variety of newly created roles which will help to support this growth.

The programs are all international and could be based just about anywhere. Previous destinations for incentive programs include: Asia, The Middle East, Africa, Europe and the USA.

All programs are custom designed to the needs of the clients and of course you be getting to travel with these programs to ensure their seamless delivery.
The roles vary in level of responsibility and the Account Directors role will be involved with the clients from the pitching stage right through to delivery.

The perfect candidate will have:

  • A strong network in the MICE market across the APAC region
  • Proven project management experience in new departments or start ups
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Autonomous in nature business management
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Experience using EventsPro is highly regarded

The client is based in Sydney's CBD, close to public transport and on street parking can be found in the area.
