Rydges, Art Series, QT & Atura put PCO's to work!

At a recent event held at The Blackman (one of three Art Series hotels in Melbourne), Professional Conference Organisers (PCO's) from around Australia were teamed-up and put to work in the stunning Garden Penthouse kitchen.

Guest chef Daniel Wilson (Huxtable and Huxtaburger) explained the origins of ‘Supper’ and created 'pressure test challenges' for the four teams, luckily with no elimination round! One team was happy to learn from professional mixologist; Christian McCabe who had stepped out from The Town Mouse for the evening to talk cocktails, taste a new marriage of flavours (PCO) and observe muddling skills.

Thanks to the wonderful hosts comprising of general managers and key staff from around the country who supported the four teams of PCO's from the first welcoming drink to the last.
