Why Does your Event Exist?

What is your event trying to achieve?  What’s its purpose?  Do your event operations support your ultimate aim?

Before every event, it is crucial that you re-examine its purpose, objectives and the steps required to achieve them, to make sure it is an effective and highly successful event. 

 

Start by asking the tough questions

7.  How do you go about making those changes?

By delving deeply into the core purpose of the event you get to step back from operations and examine the real reason why your event exists.
