Two Minute Tour Competition - FSHS - Terms and Conditions

February 13 2013 to April 23 2013 1. The name of the competition is 'EventConnect.com two minute tour competition' and is being conducted as an online promotion. Entrants are required to watch a two minute online video hosted at EventConnect.com and then complete an online form for a single entry. Two additional entries will be provided for any existing registered users of EventConnect.com who log in to their account during the campaign period and for any new registered users. 2. The prize is a one night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney in a Grand Premier Full Harbour Room inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons and dinner at The Woods (up to a value of AUD$200.00) valid for use/travel before 31 September 2013. Total prize value AUD$1000.00 3. An eligible person is anyone who resides anywhere except South Australia and ACT and is not employed by (or related to an employee) of Event Connect Pty Ltd or Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. 4. The competition commences at 10am on 13 February 2013 and will close at 4pm on 23 April 2013. 5. The promoter (Event Connect Pty Ltd) will randomly draw a winner at 3pm on 26 April 2013 at the offices of Event Connect Pty Ltd, Level 1, Suite 3, 315 Main Street, Mornington VIC 3931. The promoter is Event Connect Pty Ltd whose decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. 6. The winner will be notified of how to collect their prize within 7 days of the competition draw date, and Event Connect Pty Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner by email and phone depending on details provided by the entrant. The winner will also be announced in the EventConnect.com e-news during the month of May 2013 and will remain available in the online archive for a period of no less than three months. 7. The prize will be available for collection or delivery from the draw date. The unclaimed prize will be kept for 3 months after the winner is drawn. 8. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Event Connect Pty Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, Event Connect Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Event Connect Pty Ltd may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 9. By entering the competition you agree to your entry form information being provided to the promoter Event Connect Pty Ltd for subscription to the e-news and you will have the option during the entry form to agree to your entry details being provided to the prize sponsor Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. 10.
