Located within the Hotel is the fully licensed Settlers Restaurant plus two conference rooms - being The Edinburgh room seating 90 persons theatre style, and the Dundee Room seating 15 persons theatre style. The hotel also offers the services of Kingsgate Catering - exclusive food and beverage caterers to the Dunedin Centre within the Dunedin Town Hall complex - for any sized event up to 2000 people.
