Location

Ideally located next to the Royal Botanic Gardens and within a short walk to Fawkner Park Tennis Courts, Albert Park Lake & Golf Course (home to FI Grand Prix) as well as the cafes/restaurants of Domain Road. Tram & Bus stop at the front door to take guests to Southbank (within 5 mins), CBD (within 5 mins) or Chapel Street shopping and dining.

Accommodation

While the exterior of the historical building retains its classical features, the architects and designers have redesigned a modern and chic interior to suit the discerning traveller. The Royce Hotel features modern and contemporary rooms and suites, with Italian marble bathrooms (some with spa bath and LCD TV above), 3 direct dial telephones with voicemail messaging system, 42" flat screen TV's, Ipod doc, deluxe mini bar, bathrobe/slippers, Wi-Fi, 24 hour room service and all rooms offer a view.

Catering Information

The hotel's award winning restaurant "dish" and the Royce Grand Ballroom and meeting facilities are under the direction of Executive Chef, Leigh Dundas, trained by celebrity Chef and restauranteur Marco Pierre White. The hotel enjoys a reputation for fine cuisine with an emphasis on fresh Australian produce, flavour and quality food. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu and has an extensive wine list.

Onsite bicycle hire, gymnasium, in room massage and facial treatments available.

Offsite within 5 min walk are tennis courts, Albert park lake jogging tracks, Albert Park Lake golf course, Royal Botanic Gardens and the Tan jogging track, extensive gymnasium with personal trainers, aquatic water sports centre, Fawkner park jogging tracks, Day Spa and some of Melbourne's best restaurants are within a short walk.
