The Mill Restaurant at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort does not serve function food, rather prides itself on every meal with menu's designed to give the highest quality, freshness, unique, variety; not your run of "The Mill" experience. Being open 7 days, breakfast, lunch (tapas) & dinner (a la carte); there is also the more casual dining option offered in The Brokenback BBQ & Tapas Bar.
