Melbourne Marriott Hotel appoints Harry Singh as Director of Food and Beverage.

Harry Singh brings over 11 years of experience with Marriott to Melbourne.

 

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia – September 12, 2012 – The Melbourne Marriott Hotel is proud to announce the appointment of a new Director of Food and Beverage, Mr Harry Singh.

Harry has been with Marriott for over 11 years in previous properties including Renaissance Hotel and Convention Centre Mumbai, Sydney Harbour Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott North Ryde.

Since commencing with Marriott in 2001 as a Management Trainee, Harry has achieved many successes in roles as Banquets Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Manager and in 2012, Director of Food and Beverage.

Singh holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management operated by the prestigious Taj group of hotels. He will be responsible in overseeing operational requirements for the food and beverage associates, banquets, Essence on Exhibition Restaurant, Elements Lounge, Espresso Bar and room service.
