The Langham, Melbourne Voted Number One Top City Hotel in Australia and New Zealand
This is the 8th consecutive year that The Langham, Melbourne has been included in the prestigious awards.
Every year, Travel + Leisure readers vote on their favourite hotels, resorts, spas, airlines, cruise lines and more in the magazine's annual World's Best Awards survey.

The hotel continues to innovate and introduce new experiences for guests. For instance, this week the hotel announced the appointment of Christy Tania as the hotel's new Executive Pastry Chef. Tania is renowned for her precision and whimsical creations and has built up a cult following for her sought after desserts and pastries.
Also this week, Aria Bar & Lounge added a selection of warm pastries and savoury dishes to the hotel's already popular The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood. Warm Wedgwood offers guests an additional reason to take part in the time honoured tradition of afternoon tea and at the same time warm up from the winter's chill.
On Tuesday 5 July, the hotel was awarded a tribute from Soap Aid, one of The Langham, Melbourne's selected charities.
The hotel was recognised by Soap Aid for contributing one tonne of used guest soap which is then re-purposed and delivered to communities in need around the world to help improve sanitation standards and save lives.
