Sanjay Gussain, Rydges Auckland Executive Chef in charge of banquets, has over ten years of international experience in the conference industry. With a strong knowledge of nutrition Sanjay is at the cutting edge of cuisine allowing delegates energy and concentration to get through the demanding conference day. The Working Lunches are a buffet and are catered for as a stand up fork style meal.
