Lodge accommodation includes 10 spacious luxury and modern appointed suites opening to wide verandahs and the views towards the Pacific Ocean beyond. Separate Villas provide self contained 2 bedroom luxury accommodation with fireplace, satellite television and views across the 15th fairway of the renowned Matt Dye designed international-ranked tournament golf course.
Catering Information
The cuisine of Carrington’s menus echoes the refinement of the resort itself, and takes advantage of the freshest seasonal produce that abounds in the sub-tropical North. Mark Oliver, our Michelin trained chef uses as much locally grown produce in the kitchen as possible, most of which comes from small holdings and gardens. The varieties are endless and through word of mouth Mark is constantly finding new sources of ingredients.
To complement everything, the latest vintage from the estates vineyard, Karikari Estate is available for conference groups who can opt to take a tour of the vineyard and winery or enjoy a meal in the Tuscan – style surrounds.
Menus range from a la carte through to buffet and can be themed accordingly to the event.
Recreational Facilities
Carrington boasts a number of recreational activities on site along with a number of activties that can be organised within an hour of the property.
An 18 hole Matt Dye designed internationally acclaimed golf course is popular with guests, there is also two championship tennis courts, a spa and heated swimming pool and an Olympic-style clay target shooting range, in addition to trekking, walking, mountain biking, 4WD quad biking adventures and land base and deep sea game fishing activities on offer.
