Customs House is located on the river in the CBD and is easily accessible by bus, rail and City Cat. You can access Customs House from Queen Street or from the River Boardwalk.
Parking:
24 hour parking is available at Secure Car Parking 123 Eagle Street. (5 minute walk from Customs House.)

Customs House does not have any accommodation but numerous hotels are located in the immediate area e.g. Brisbane Marriott, Hilton, Stamford Plaza, Aurora, Mantra.

UQ School of Music Concerts:
Students from the School of Music perform at free concerts held on a number of Sundays throughout the year. Free guided tours also operate on concert days. Please contact us for concert details.

Customs House has data/video presentation equipment available on site together with audio equipment and internet access. Wireless connectivity is available.
Technical services can also be arranged on request.
Business Facilities
A computer with access to the internet where clients can check on their emails is available for use in our Information Office on Queen Street level.
Administration support such as photocopying can be provided.
A public telephone is available on our river level.
