Venue Highlights
The River Lodge is a corporate retreat, ideally suited for small conference and incentive groups of up to 40 guests. Located in an idyllic rural setting on the willow lined banks of the Waikato River just 20 minutes from Taupo, The River Lodge offers the peace and privacy of 20 hectares of grounds and most importantly exclusive use of the venue during your stay.
Location
Located midway between Taupo and Rotorua, offering easy access to either airport, our team can arrange all of your transport requirements.
Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in 19 comfortable and spacious rooms available for single, double or twin occupancy. All rooms open to either poolside or garden settings and have internet available. A few additional rooms are available on request.
Catering Information
Dining at The River Lodge is a sumptuous treat. With the finest fresh and delicious New Zealand produce, there are always plenty of fresh crisp dishes that will invigorate your delegates minds as well as their palates!
We offer an array of dining experiences from a 5 course degustation menu through to a casual BBQ and will work with you to ensure dining at The River Lodge meets all expectations!
Recreational Facilities
A spacious conference room seats up to 50 delegates, with natural light, rural views and standard audio-visual equipment included. Numerous breakout areas and a self contained conference office are available.
