Venue Highlights
With over 400 hectares of native Australian flora the Garden provides ideal settings for wedding ceremonies, receptions, community events, school excursions, conferences and seminars. Our conference facilities include 120pax conference room with state of the art audio/visual resources in a location that lends itself to the conference organiser who is looking for something different. Our theme gardens, sunset backdrops of the Sydney skyline and 3-tier cascading waterfeature provides ample choice for the bride and groom who want a wedding ceremony to remember.
Location
Located just under 70km's from the heart of Sydney and 60km's from the airport, the Garden is an ideal location to "go bush" with your conference delegates without being too far from the city.
Catering Information
We have onsite The Gardens Restaurant which can cater for parties up to 80 people in the restaurant and larger numbers if functions are held at one of our many outdoor sites. The menu is modern Australian and has just recently won another award in 2004 for excellence. Alternatively, we can organise external caterers to suit your function type.
Recreational Facilities
There are over 10km of walking tracks which can be walked or ridden with bicycles, all of varying degrees of difficulty. Free guided walks are held daily and can be booked by calling our main number. Free BBQ facilities at all of the theme gardens, visitor information centre onsite, beautiful picnic settings and lakeside settings.
Technical Facilities
Our conference room includes data projector, overhead projector, large screen rear projection TV, electronic whiteboard, lecturn and PA system.
Additional Information
Mount Annan Botanic Garden is a great place for weekend visits with the family or week visits with your work for conferences and seminars. Our friendly staff will help you ensure you next conference runs smoothly. It is the prime location of the Macarthur for wedding ceremonies and photography.
