Stylish, functional and flexible, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is amongst the world's best and the city's most technologically-advanced, purpose-built facility for international, regional and local conventions, tradeshows, public exhibitions, entertainment and even, intimate private functions. The award-winning venue has 2 auditoria; Plenary Hall and Plenary Theatre (seating 3,000 and 500 respectively); a Grand Ballroom, 3 Conference Halls, a Banquet Hall, 5 Exhibition Halls (9,710m2 of column-free exhibition space on a single level), 20 meeting rooms plus the latest in 3G telecommunications and digital audio-visual facilities.

Location

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is situated at the heart of Kuala Lumpur's Central Business District, Malaysia, overlooking the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers and the 50-acre KLCC Park. Designed as a unique "city within a city", the 100-acre development offers a stimulating environment where one can work, live, shop, visit and simply enjoy the distractions of everyday living.

Catering Information

The cuisine at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is an experience in and of itself. The Centre prides itself on its ability to adapt to any culinary request and specific dietary need, be it vegetarian, low sodium or diabetic-friendly and all meals are Halal compliant. Menus are always customised to match client needs and to the event's objective, be it a breakfast meeting, lunch symposium, cocktail party, themed dinner or for exhibition catering. From local ethnic fare, including Malay, Chinese and Indian to Continental and Modern Asian delicacies, our culinary brigade of 51 talented chefs are ready to oblige any culinary request from a tray of sandwiches to gourmet meals. Led by Executive Chef Richmond Lim, the Centre is capable of serving up to 6,000 5-star meals at one time.

Technical Facilities

Seamlessly organized, state-of-the-art facilities are available to make your event a total success. From product launches to projecting international keynote speaker, we are ready. On standby is a team of highly skilled technicians, proficient in the fields of lighting, presentation technology (AV), telecommunications and information technology (IT) that will ensure the realization of a cutting-edge event.

Rules and regulations, contract documentations, CAD drawings for all areas and other planning resources are available upon request.

Business Facilities

Our concierge team stationed at the main entrance are the first people to welcome you to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. They are able to assist visitors by providing information for the events scheduled for the day, in giving direction and left luggage services. Other facilities include VIP rooms, Board Rooms, Press Rooms, Business Centre, Bridal Suites, Dressing Rooms, Prayer Rooms, Medical Centre, Parenting Rooms, Audio-visual production rooms, Organisers' offices and Hospitality Suites.
