Located in Sydney and Melbourne's central business districts, Karstens Conference and Computer Training venues offer purpose built state of the art training rooms.
Occupying the entire first floor at 111 Harrington Street, our 24 rooms benefit from natural daylight, no pillars and are versatile to host a variety of events from 1:1 meetings up to 180 delegates for Theatre-style presentation. In addition to this, our Computer Training suites are designed for both software and web-based training.
At Karstens our dedicated conference organisers, IT support staff and operational staff all have a background in hospitality making us experts in delivering a professional, flexible and totally customer -focused service to make your event, whether it be Training or Conference successful.

Location

Located at 111 Harrington Street, Karstens Sydney occupies a landmark location just off George Street, between Circular Quay and the historic Rocks area, perfect for hosting your meeting, event or training session.

The venue is easily accessible to Circular Quay, Martin Place and Wynyard Stations in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
We are located in the Quay West building which incorporates the Quay West Suites, opposite the Four Seasons Hotel and Shangri-La. An underground car park is located in the building - entrance is via Harrington street, hourly or daily rates apply.

Accommodation

Our location is walking distance from several World Class Hotel options including the Four Seasons and Shangri-La Hotels. We are located in the same building as 5* Quay West Suites - unwind after a hard day of sight seeing on the hotel's recreational deck on level 24 - you will find a stunning sunken Roman style heated swimming pool with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as a spa, sauna, gymnasium and outdoor sundeck.

Catering Information

We provide fresh, healthy and delicious food with a variety of catering options for your event.
We offer self-serve espresso machines for the coffee connoisseurs with skinny or full cream milk, hot chocolate and a selection of Twining teas.
From Day Catering Packages to Cocktail and Canape menus, Karstens offers a seasonal rotating menu to you receive a variety of catering options for your event.
Our catering team always caters for vegetarians and can provide other dietary requirements on request.

The venue is located walking distance from the main Bars and Restaurants in the Rocks and Circular Quay area. World reknowned landmarks Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge are also closely located.

Karstens can provide a range of the latest audiovisual equipment to enhance your event.
We have a dedicated in-house technical team to setup and assist you with your IT and audiovisual requirements.

Our technical staff can image and configure software and access permissions to suit your requirements. Whether you require a secure network, remote access, Intel supported Operation systems or client-trainer monitoring software, we can assist.
