Spring Street Conference Centre is Melbourne's premier conference venue. Our tiered Shell Theatre, with 200 seating capacity and a range of multi-purpose conference rooms, is fully supported by in-house catering and our on-site audio visual team.

Catering Information

Spring Street Conference Centre is the base for Table Matters Catering and Events who provide all catering in the conference centre. Table Matters produce simple, classic menus with a modern twist; however we can also offer signature dishes from our fine dining restaurant and bespoke menus created especially for you.

So whether it is an intimate dinner party for 10 or a gala conference for 600 we can offer inspired menus suitable for all occasions.
