Apart from the location being in the heart of Australia's premium wine country; Hunter Valley and only being a 2 hour drive from Sydney, many other factors such as the professional team with a high level of service ensuring you are made to feel you are at home; it is the food. The Mill Restaurant at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort does not serve function food, rather prides itself on every meal with menu's designed to give the highest quality, freshness, unique, variety; not your run of "The Mill" experience. Being open 7 days, breakfast, lunch (tapas) & dinner (a la carte); there is also the more casual dining option offered in The Brokenback BBQ & Tapas Bar. Apart from the food we have the opportunity of offering various dining locations, offering variety in menu & location; an experience.

Accommodation

Comprising of 38 rooms, 26 known as the Olive Grove decorated in a guest house style; beautiful sleigh beds, situated over looking the dam, olive trees, swimming pool, table and chairs at your back door where you can sit of an afternoon greeted by grazing kangaroos.
The 12 Vineyard View rooms with a contemporary style, undercover parking at your door, a glass wall window allows the picturesque mountain and vineyard scene, arguably the most 1 "Hunter View" to be treasured. All have a courtyard where you can take advantage of this beautiful country setting. All rooms are air conditioned; queen sized beds, fluffy duvet and European pillows.

Catering Information

For conference, lunches are served in or around the restaurant; depending on what is desired and conveniently located next to the conference room. Morning & afternoon teas are generally served outside the conference room allowing a breath of fresh air or around the fireplace depending on the season. The property does also lend itself to making that memorable conference with various dining locations available.

Your conference dinner will be remembered for all the right reasons with our Executive Chef Scott Smith guiding his talented team. Scott has devised a fantastic Cooking School and menus for groups such as Wine Makers Dinner, Banquet Degustation, Gourmet BBQ, Dessert Towers, Dessert Fruit Trees and of course the traditional three course dinner.
