1. The name of the competition is ABEE & RSVP Events 2011 Luggage Tag Competition and is being conducted as an online promotion with additional entries given to attendees of the following events; Australian Business Events Expo, Sydney's Event Showcase RSVP Sydney and Melbourne's Event Showcase RSVP Melbourne.

2. The prize - 3 Night Cruise with P&O Cruise Lines, there are several cruises for the winner to choose from which are subject to availability.

• Accommodation is for 2 adults in an ocean view BALCONY twin stateroom.
• Valued at $1049* per adult this fare includes taxes and charges.
• The prize does not include any connecting domestic air or transfers which the prize winner may require to connect with the ship.
• The prize is not non-transferable nor is it redeemable for cash.
• All accommodation, entertainment and most activities and facilities are included.
• Spending money, drinks, meals in alternate dining restaurants, tips, snacks and items of a personal nature are not included.
• Valid photo ID is required.
• The conditions of booking a P&O Cruise are as per the terms and conditions in the P&O cruise brochure.
• Once booked, changes are not permitted.
• Prize is subject to availability onboard P&O vessels departing from Australian ports at time of booking. It is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.
• Travel must be completed by 01 September 2012
• Cruise Prize departure must be decided and booked by 15 September 2011.

3. An Eligible person is anyone who resides anywhere except South Australia and ACT and is not employed by Business and Tourism Publishing, Event Connect Pty Ltd, Exhibition & Trade Fairs Pty Ltd, Clean Cruising Pty Ltd and P&O Cruises Pty Ltd and is a bonafide buyer of events.

4. There is the ability to gain up to four entries in the competition.

• A single entry is given at the time of completing all required fields within the online entry form.
• An additional single entry if given by visiting at least one of the three participating events; Australian Business Events Expo, Sydney's Event Showcase (RSVP Sydney) and Melbourne's Event Showcase (RSVP Melbourne).
• An additional single entry will be given by visiting the BT Publishing (micenet/EventConnect.com) stand at any of the participating events by completing and dropping off an eligible luggage tag (which will be downloadable as a PDF file after completing the online entry).
• An additional single entry will be given by visiting the Clean Cruising stand at any of the participating events and is eligible by completing and dropping off an eligible luggage tag (which will be downloadable as a PDF file after completing the online entry). 

5. The competition commences at 10am on the 9^th May 2011 and will close at 4pm on Wednesday 31^st August 2011.

6. The promoter (Business and Tourism Publishing) will randomly draw a winner at 3pm on 5^th September 2011 at the offices of Business and Tourism Publishing (ABN 34 091 479 720), Level 4, 189 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW. 

7. The promoter is Business and Tourism Publishing whose decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

8. The winner will be notified of how to collect their prize within 7 days of the competition draw date, and Business and Tourism Publishing will make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner by phone and in writing.  The winner will be announced in the micenet and EventConnect.com e-newsletters during the month of May 2011 and will remain available in the online archive for a period of no less than three months.

9. The prize will be available for collection or delivery from the draw date. The unclaimed prize will be kept for 3 months after the winner is drawn. If unclaimed after that time another winner will be drawn.  The re-draw date will be on the 5^th December 2011 at 3:00pm at the offices of Business and Tourism Publishing (ABN 34 091 479 720), Level 4, 189 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW.  The new winner will be notified of how to collect their prize within 7 days of the competition draw date, and BT Publishing will make reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner by phone and in writing.  The winner as drawn from the re-draw will be announced in the micenet and EventConnect.com e-newsletters during the month of December 2011 and will remain available in the online archive for a period of no less than three months.

10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond BT Publishing 's control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, BT Publishing reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. BT Publishing may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

11. By entering the competition you agree to your entry form information being provided to the prize sponsors and promoters (BT Publishing), Event Connect Pty Ltd, Exhibition & Trade Fairs and Clean Cruising.

12. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.
